Hey,
Im new to this whole smoke/cure hobby, and thought id register here :)

Im a 30 yo male from Norway, looking for some good advice :) Got a 3 month old daughter :D

Ill be posting a question very soon. Been reading up on curing meat, and looking forward to try some smoking sometime soon.
