I added extra dampers.. Top and bottom today.. I was thinking wind was gonna mess up my smoke. Not now with the extra dampers.. I'm at same temp as 30 minutes ago and I went and shut one off.. not bad.. Gonna see if I can get it 230 for a few hours.. Got to go adjust and spritz..

Thin Blue stage.. no way those 4 big chunks are gone after 30 minutes.. so I'm sure they are doing their job.. can't see much smoke. [emoji]128077[/emoji]
 
Looking great so far, I love Chuckies.

This is smelling good.
Working upwards, I see Brown sugar, Black pepper, Paprika, Cajun(?), Cayenne, Mustard, Garlic/Onion powders and Salt.
But I'm not sure what the herbs are on the left, nor the two on the upper far right, Cumin(?) and ???.
How about a list and approx measurements?

Yes.. all that was right.. one was some lemon pepper. Just a teaspoon or 2 of each.. or less, dark brown sugar was a 1/4 cup. Some season salt maybe added.. I just eyeball it all.. salt was over a teaspoon as was cracked black.. not much
