Hi, My name is Justin.

I smoke in Yakima, Washington, I just switched from an electric smoker that I had moded to a Master forge vert barrel. I'm finally getting that ring I have been hunting for. I smoke a lot of whole chicken, BB ribs and shoulders and butts. I have smoked Tuna and wild pheasant rapped in bacon. always looking for new ways of smoking and rubs & sauces. I will get some of my rubs on here soon and would love some feed back.
