Hello, my name is Jack, I am from from Bucks County, PA. I have been cooking as a hobby for about 15 years, but am brand new to smoking. For father's day I got a new 30 inch Masterbuilt Electric Smoker. I already do a lot of oven and bbq cooking, including homemade recipes for many things, so for me this is really about learning something entirely new and upping my game. I am really interested in cooking larger batches of food for my family and friends, so a smoker seemed like the logical next step. The 1st thing I smoked was salmon with a brown sugar marinade, as well as some smoked corn. I really can't wait to try ribs and then gradually expand out from there. I love trying new techniques and new recipes. Looking forward to interacting with everyone.
