I’m Mark, from Mark In The Pit. I like to cook. I like to eat. I like to talk about cooking and eating. I’m not cooking for a crowd most of the time. I just want to eat dinner…. or lunch…. or a snack… you know what I mean. It’s about love, compassion and only making as much as I intend to consume. I don’t look at it as work, it is something that I enjoy doing. I like to do it often, I like my bbq fresh, I like my clothes to constantly smell like a smoke house. To me that is home. And it should taste damn good too when you eat it.
