Hi Guys,

Finally got my smoker up and running (i hope).

Has to get replacement parts from OLP...recieved several damaged items.

So anway, cleaned everything inside. Gave everything a nice coat of peanut oil.

Loaded some hickory and cherry chunks to season it.

Looks like I am getting some nice smoke.

Later gonna try my hand at some short ribs.

Nice.. hope it goes ok.. but next pic with the pool in background.. can you add some bikini clad babe? Lol just kidding..

Good luck.. smoker looks new. Nice!
