Hello! I'm Chris Davenport and I look forward to learning and sharing. I have an UDS Smoker with a Pitmaster IQ 110 to push air and maintain temps. I make my own bacon and sausage, so between those occupying my Smoker I also smoke deer roasts, pork butts, ribs, etc. This weekend I'm going to try a smoked wild turkey breast.

Wild turkey? Where you get that? It looks good. We have 2 hunts for turkey. Fall and spring. If we are lucky enough to get 1 we would have eaten it same or next day.

I have a whole flock of turkeys living in my back meadow. A mama and ten babies have been eating my blackberrys for a month now. Sadly, my wife won't let me have any of them

Good morning and welcome to the forum from a nice hot sunny day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about everything.
