I split a pork loin down the middle then marinated it in onion and garlic then I made some apple butter from apple sauce and well ya you guessed it butter lol. Then i pounded and scored the middle sections hoping it would adhere and soak better into the meat. I then put the butter in the middle tied it up and put some butter and on top and then for a ride in the smoker. The pellets of choice are apple and here are some pics of current progress.
