So....I've been a lurker here for many years and finally decided to join up. I've been cooking on an offset ever since my dad taught me how to manage a fire. I've have big offsets little ones and currently have the NBBD(old style) that I learned to smoke on. I've been eyeing the Pitmaker Vault for a while but decided for now to get a Traeger Timberline 1300. I've wanted a pellet cooker for several years just to have another cooker and for those extra lazy days. I will continue to cook on my stickburner from time to time though.
Anyways I'm Dustin and I'm from north east TX and currently reside in Humble, TX. I haven't cooked on the Traeger yet, that will be this weekend.
