I could likely use some advice before I slap my first smoker together. What I've got so far is a vertical design where the cooking chamber is stacked directly over the firebox; I believe this build offers better heat distribution and smoke flow than similar stacks because the cook chamber and firebox are better separated (dimensions are for example, but I think this is a good size; easy to insulate and hand-truck). Hoping y'all can tell me if I've got something wrong, or am missing something. Thanks.
