Hello everyone! My name is Bob and I'm from Connecticut, my wife bought me a Big Green Egg for Father's day so far I've made steaks, ribs and a brisket on it, need some more practice with that. I joined this forum to get advice when needed and pointers from all you pitmasters, so far I'm having a blast with this thing.

Bob, welcome to SMF!  Glad you are here and enjoying your BGE!  Practice makes perfect with brisket, and time.  98% of the problems with brisket is people don't give it enough time on the smoker.  It is was dry and/or tough tasting, it needed more time.

Enjoy the forum!

Anyway, welcome .. hope you get to top chef level and wow the guests you feed!
