Hello. Can you guys please advice me which electric smoker can be more suitable for a very small bbq bar? It cannot be propane or charcoal since where I'm from electricity is the main power source. Also it has to contain the smoke so it does not affect customers. In the range of $500- $1000. Thanks for any suggestions

Where are you ??  The smoker must be in a hood or outside...   Do you have 110V or 220V handy ??  What are you wanting to smoke ??

A little more info would help....

I'm from Costa Rica and there is 110v and 220v. I'm planning on cooking brisket, pork shoulder, stlois ribs, salmon or other similar. We can install the machine under an industrial air extractor

Sausage Maker has time tested products for "True Smoked" meats...  NOW, there is a difference between Smoked Meats and BBQ'd meats...   BBQ'd meats are cooked at a much higher temperature where the fat melts out of the product....   Bark is created on the surface...   You can smoke meats then finish in the oven to get a BBQ product....

Read the description...  THE SMOKEHOUSE TEMPERATURE SHOULD NEVER EXCEED 170° F AT ANY TIME WHEN SMOKING MEATS...

That separates BBQ from Smoked Meats...
