Hi my names Jimi, Im a newer smoker from cleveland, i have a masterbuilt electric smoker that ibe had for about 6 months so im fairly new to this but ive read a lot of articles/books and watch a ton of YouTube videos...
Also im new to the forum scene so if i forgot anything let me know.
