Hi all,
Smoking has been something ive wanted to do for years...
Last summer I picked up a like new Master Forge vertical gasser.
After a little research, some of it probably here, I decided the first need was an accurate thermometer.
Last week I picked up an iGrill-2 with an additional ambient temp sensor.

Ive played with the iGrill2 in the house on some steaks and feel comfortable using it in the smoker...

My tboughts are to start with some chicken breasts, but am open to, and looking for input on both the process and absolutrly needed modifications to the smoker.

Thanks in advance!

Welcome to the Forum and our obsession!!
Still here and still smokin lol.
I switched to a Fireboard remote thermometer as soon as I found the iGrill bluetooth couldn't reach from the kitchen to the smoker...
Best decision ever!
