Thanks guys ... quick question..im going smoke two whole chickens today how long should I cook for and at what temp. ??

Cook them to an IT of 165 in the breast @325-350. Are you spatchcocking them or cooking them whole. I can usually smoke a spatched chicken in about an hour and a half give or take. Whole birds, I don't really know.

No problem! I spatchcock my whole chickens so I can't give you a time estimate for cooking it whole. Ballpark if I had to guess would be about 1 1/2-3 hours @325-350. Just make sure they reach the proper IT. Good luck!
