Well yesterday i wanted to try some competition chicken. So i went and got 2 packs of chicken thighs with skin on. The last time i did this i use Italian dressing to marinate the chicken in over night. So why i was at the store i decided to try something a little different on half of them. I grab a bottle of Russian dressing to marinate them in over night. Clean all the skins. Well all but one it didn't want to play the game so it went by by. Came home today and got them all ready for the smoker. I will be putting them on my Traeger at 275ish and wait for them to cook a bit and get color before taking them out of the pan and some goodness added to the top. Not sure what that will be yet. Cook for a bit longer and then in my belly.
