Hey all, Dennis from New Jersey here! Started smoking a few years back when I got a charbroil offset smoker for Father's day and have been hooked since! Recently upgraded to a Oklahoma Joe's offset smoker as my firebox on the charbroil rotted away (cheap quality) got it all sealed up with some gaskets and rtv from lavalock seasoned it the other day and can't wait to get some ribs on it this weekend! Looking forward to some tips and knowledge as I still feel I have a lot to learn! Great to be here!
