A beginner's trial

Did my brisket yesterday. I carved up most of the flat and shared it at work and with the mom and dad. No complaints at all, it was pretty dam good.
Today I had this big chunk of point to deal with.. so I decided on burnt ends.

I cut off a layer or 6 of fat in some areas.. tried to save some bark. But I'm making more bark now..

I saved juice from the wrap foil.. I had added beef stock I made. It had a layer of fat over the thick beef jelly

So I added seasoning to the cubes.. salt..pepper..garlic,onion powder. Pinch of cayenne.. and finally some dark brown sugar. [emoji]127866[/emoji][emoji]128293[/emoji][emoji]128512[/emoji]

What else? Well some zip sauce lol.. goes good with beef and butter.. put a 1/4 cup.. with the 1/4 stick of butter.
