Hello all....my name is Matt and I am from the Tampa Florida area this is my first time to this site and I love it. I am currently using a 30inch electric smoker due to we live in an apt complex so they are sticklers when it comes to grills so we went with the electric model and use it right on our deck. So far I've had nothing but great luck with it and everything always comes out perfect hope to learn some new tricks from everyone and would love to try out some smoking competitions and see how good I do.
