Hello I am new to the forum, but have gotten many helpful hints from reading posts. I am originally from Texas, but moved to Virginia 2 years ago (Texas will always be home, but I do love Virginia). I truly enjoy smoking meats and that includes beef, pork, poultry, lamb, and fish!! I have a masterbuilt electric smoke, a horizontal offset, and my newest edition is my Dyno Glo wide body vertical offset (which I absolutely love!!). I look forward to sharing my smoking photos and tips with everyone, as well as gaining a fully smoked out experience from all of the members associated with this forum!!
