I have done many St Louis style spares, but this will be the first BB! I cut two racks in half to fit the rack. Gonna give them the 2, 2, 1 treatment.

I put these on the top. Using the Weber rib rack, not sure I could get it on the bottom, but never tried either. Since I use a dry water pan, bottom may radiate more heat? Not sure.Looks awesome! I just got a rib rack for mine. Haven't tried it yet. Did you use the top or bottom grill?
thanks Al! I have done many St Louis style spares, Wish I had tried the BB sooner. These were good! My wife laughs at me because after every cook I say "I can make the better next time" (just from trial and learning, remaining calm etc.). After this cook she just said "don't mess with this - just make it again exactly the same away." : )
