Finally found another prime graded packer at Costco $3.99 # this time. Trimmed very little, like others seem to have to lately, hit it with L&P bold, salt, pepper, garlic and dehydrated onion. Tossed it on the WSM with kbb, cherry and pecan. Current IT is 199* need to start probing!

The small chunk I cut off was nice and moist, hoping the rest is as well!Thumbs Up

Sorry no sliced shots, took it out to the campground to share with family and friends. Here's the finished shot most likely get a few sammich possible burnt ends of the leftovers.Thumbs Up
It was nice and tender but I'm not a fan of the foil wrap I'll have to take the plunge and buy a roll of butcher paper, but I would really like no wrap but need to keep the wife happy.

B, that looks fantastic! Definitely worth a point. I think I'm going to try the butcher paper too. It just seems like a happy medium.

Looks good man, points! One of these days I just going to have to break down and order some paper as well. Not so burnt ends look great as well. I had the same thing from yesterday 's brisket for dinner tonight.

Thanks MOI, I'm sure it will last along time but it can't be that expensive storage is a possible issue!
