Man nothing boring about the Brisket,ribs and beans. Beautifully looking smoke rings. Awesome dinner. Great leftovers if any. Really good looking food.

Awesome smoke!!
I agree with some of the other statements...if you do it a lot it becomes second nature and you don't sweat the small stuff.
You just have to worry about the end product. And you got that down!
