Today i will be smoking 3 racks of bb on my Traeger. I'm trying out pit boss competitions blend pellets. This is the first real smoke on my traeger since upgrading my controller. Smoking at 250 for 2 to 3 hours depending on color of ribs. I will then remove add some mop season and the goodness is added. Brown sugar, butter and honey. This is a first for that as well. Tin foil them up and back on the grill for 1 to 1.5 hours. Remove and back on the grill with some apricot jam to finish it off for 30 to 45 mins. Then we r off to the in-laws house to munch them down. Tomorrow i will be smoking with my dad. I got the butt all ready and in the fridge til tomorrow. I will try and not drink to much and remember to take some pic. 

 
Well i know if the food doesn't turn out the beer i drank all day will. But bad smoke food is better then no smoke food.lol Thanks
