found this forum when looking for recepys for smoked chiken and joined
just got my self a cheap offset smoker a vidaXL Klassisk Träkol BBQ Rökare or translated to english vidaXL classic charcole bbq smoker nead to build a baffel in it so the flames from the burn cointainer dosent send the flames in to the cooking compartment butt it works decent.
got a few hundres pounds of appelwood and peartree that have been drying for the last 10 years or so hope it will be enuff to get the hang of smoking
