Breaking in
Adding wood chips. Find this confusing. Time between adding wood chips, how long during smoking do you continue to keep adding chips, wet or dry, chips or pellets, etc
How to clean between smoking. Read somewhere that some people have experienced mold.
Recipes
Anything that you could advise me on appreciated. Just dying to get my smoker and get started.
