Hey everyone just sharing my first attempt at brisket cook is currently under way its a 14 pound brisket I got at Costco, I trimmed it last night, got up real early started my fire and seasoned it with half salt half pepper, threw it on at about 6 am, kind of nervous but really excited, in my rush to get it on the smoker this morning I don't have any pics of after I trimmed and seasoned it I'll remember next time lol.
