Hey everyone,
been reading the forum for a few months, and finally decided to join! Born and raised in Texas, moved to AZ 6-8 years ago. Watched my dad start smoking while I was in High School. I finally picked up the torch and started smoking 2 years ago. I use a smoke hollow 44 LP vertical smoker(sam's club special) I really enjoy smoking, it's very calming.. I would like to eventually upgrade to maybe a yoder or traeger, so I don't have to babysit it so much. It's hard to devote all my time to smoking with a 15 mo. old! anyways look forward to meeting fellow SMF members!
