Hey, this is Nick from Central Illinois. I joined the forums last winter and am finally getting around to my roll call. I do most of my cooking on a Weber kettle grill. I've done a few smokes on it, but i usually get out the Smoke Hollow propane smoker when cooking large amounts of meat. We also have a homemade unit that two friends and i put together, it's about 7ft tall and looks like an outhouse.

I have been toying with the idea of making another smoker myself, which is why i joined, to use the wealth of knowledge from all of you in these forums. The plan I've been dreaming up recently is a gravity fed smoker made of wood, sounds crazy, but thats we are here right?

Anyway, I look forward to bouncing ideas off of you all. Cheers!
