Seems like everything I find is oak or alder combined with apple wood. I would love to find some 100% apple, cherry, etc.

Any suggestions? What do you use?

Is this for a pellet grill? LumberJack and SmokeRing sell many varieties of 100% flavor wood pellets, as well as several blends.

For an MES 40 with AmazN smoker tray...
If that's the case, then you could also buy from Todd. His prices are too high for me running a pellet grill, but if you're just burning <1lb per smoke and don't need to stockpile large amounts, that's not a worry. He has a good selection of 100% flavor wood pellets.

i live in northern Canada and have been buying Cookinpellets off Amazon .... free delivery

about $1 a pound Canadian so thats a very good price for me. a couple years ago i bought a ton of Lumberjack pellets but our dollar was in better shape then, now the price of shipping and and everything would kill me !!!
