Well I'm on my own for dinner most Monday's and I got out of work with enough time to fire up the grill. Cooked two 1/4# patties over lump and a cherry chunk. Fried up some taters and onions just two Kraft singles ketchup and mustard on a pretzel bun. Not fancy but damn tasty, just wish I had pickles.

Thanks Bear, nothing wrong with some nice fried taters just wish I had them more often the wife tends to deep fry them basically I prefer the low and slow and some butter.

I agree. Pickles or pickle relish can make a burger. But what kind- sweet or dill? That's the question...

By the way you can make quick pickles out of almost any vegetable. But you need at least a couple hours to pickle. Even quicker if you have a vacuum sealer.

I'm pickle particular, Clawsen not sure if it's spelled properly, but I love the dill slices.:drool
