Hi all, Tom from New York here.  I just set up my first smoker, a Smoke Vault 18, received from the Mrs. for Fathers Day.  Over the last week just about every google search on any matter related to smoking seems to lead me here, so I figured signing up made sense :)  I am looking forward to learning from the more seasoned pros on this site!
