Advice on which pork shoulder should I have the thermometer in?

I'm going to be smoking (4) 8ish lbs. pork shoulders in my MES and I'm wondering on your thought on which rack (planning on (2) per rack on top two racks) and which pork shoulder I should put my Thermaq into. By the way, the Thermaq made an awesome Father's Day present! Thanks for your help...

I'm not familiar with your smoker, but I would assume the top rack would be the hottest.

If that is that case then put the biggest butts up there & probe the biggest one.
