Hello. Dominic here, I have been visiting the sight for a while and figured it is finally time I joined. I live over in kalamazoo mi and have been smoking meat for about 5 years. It all started on my Weber kettle with a rack of ribs. When I moved to kzoo 2 years ago I received my first dedicated smoker a WSM 14.5 and a little smokey joe.

It was finally time for an upgrade as I could not fit everything on the 14.5 so thus past weekend I got a WSM 22 and spent 16.5 hours smoking a brisket. That came out great. I also tried making my first BBQ sauce, it didn't come out so good

I look forward to learning and developing my skills and joining the community

I do have a patio full or as my 5 year old says

This is the daddy grill (22 WSM) and this is the mommy grill (kettle) and this is the kid grill (wsm 14) and this is the baby grill(smokey jr)

Welcome to the forum!

You may want to purchase Jeff'e rub & sauce recipes.

They are very good just as they are, and are easily tweaked to your particular taste.
