Leticia, welcome to SMF!  Glad you are here and opening a Smokehouse.  If you could post pictures of the door, inside and out, plus the smoking coming from the leak, that would help a lot for suggestions.

I've been to many places in Brazil (Recife, Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Santos, Paranaguá, Itapoá, Navegantes/Itajaí, Imbituba, Rio Grande, and Porto Alegre) but never Brasília.

I'm sorry that I can't help you with this, but there are plenty of experts on this topic. You might get more responses if you post a new thread in the appropriate sub-forum. What type of smoker is this? If you give a little bit of info, we can point you in the right direction so you get the most assistance.
