Hey everyone, names Tommy. I have just recently been getting into smokin meats. I have never owned a smoker until now. I have been using a gas grill and making chip packets with offset heat. Lol no complaints yet sonI guess I'm doing something right. My father in law just the other day gave me his Bribkman electric smoker. Which I know nothing about haha and I'm hoping maybe to learn something here about it. Little more back story. I served 9 years active duty Marine Corps, wife and kid and finally got out last April where I started working as a Tower Climber. Now I'm headed to the Boilermakers to hopefully stay.
