So this is the old monster I bought...as you can see it's built on a rolled steel pallet skid....any help on estimated weight and if we remove the skid will it wreck the integrity of the base....any thoughts will be appreciated....we want to put it on casters.

Jack if you mean the whole control unit assembly it was bought at auber instruments look at pods then after you choose one there's a link on the bottom of that page for a complete assembly...I.'ll pm you the link when I get off work

I can't wait as well my Canadian friend...truthfully...we're still playing with the type and placement of the smoke generators...but I'm getting excited

i have a unit close to this and spoke to you in PMs i cant wait to see your build grow. how are you going to set up your exhaust and size/location of it?

Ok so were moving it here to my garage to begin surgery this week....we dont plan on diverting the heat or smoke...but we do plan on diverting it slightly...my pan is to vent it on the opposite side of the heat source. We too are new at building this kind of monster,so we are preparing to make mistakes and corrections...either through the build or pms or both i,ll let you know how we progressed ok?

So guys we went to move this bad boy to my garage...way heavier than I expected...lol or my three buddy's expected either...but we did it with a pick up...and courage...(courage and common sense are probably mutually exclusive for a reason)...but it's in my garage and here's a few pics of those brave souls in action...btw w/o compressor...it was probably 700lbs.

hi buddy,

are you any further forward with your project, looking forward to seeing some pictures and reading how your getting on
