Just joined today, however I've been smoking and grilling for years. Moved to South Georgia 3 years ago after 30 yrs on the Texas High Plains. Sold my old Brinkmanship Pro when we moved and just got a replacement, Oklahoma Joes offset. Working on a brisket flat today, only my 2nd smoke on the Ok Joe. I'll throw on some chicken and sausage later as snacks or alternate main course if the flat doesn't look right when the crew is hungry.
