Just joined today.  Recently retired and one of my hobbies / passions is cooking.  I have been grilling, smoking (hot and cold) and sous vide (ing) for a few years now.  Using these methods in creative combinations is exciting to me.  Having read a lot of the posts has been extremely helpful - you folks have a wealth of knowledge and experience.  Looking forward to the forums!!
