Hello all. New here from Sunny SWFLA. I received a Masterbuilt smoker as early fathers day gift yesterday and after priming it, decided to try it out for my 1st time today. Despite all I've heard on how smoking boneless chicken breast can be, I'm giving it a try. Rubbed breast last night and left in fridge today so as soon as I got home from work, I fired this bad boy up. Hopefully all goes well and will post results later. Looking forward to the info and knowledge I can gain here.

Edomac, welcome to SMF!  Glad you are here and putting the new smoker to the test.  Boneless, skinless chicken breasts are a good start.  Take out of the smoker at 160-165F and let rest.  Yummy stuff!

Have fun with the new smoker!
