Im building a 160 gallon reverse flow, after punching numbers into feldons it gave me a opening measurment of 16.78..that just doesnt seem big enough and is that measurment side to side or bottom of the tank to the top of the cut
I just ran the numbers with a 24" square. and the opening is 16.78 so I am guessing that is where you are.
The 16.78 is width and your height would be around 8" 3/8" tall. This will work if you are not going to use a grease bridge at the bottom but if you are going to add one then I would increase the opening by about 5 more square inches.
