Did 5 pork shloubers last Friday night for a neighborhood party Saturday afternoon. Started at 10 PM, on till 2 PM Saturday afternoon and then wrapped in foil and set in a cooler till the party. Was serving for about 50 people. Cook went well, no issues other than it was 95 out with a heat index of 102. Some of the older folk didnt make it out and most didnt eat much due to the heat. Only went through one shoulder :(
Sorry no finishing shots, my other neighbor was hosting this in his garage and he was running late, so set me behind. Will be doing 6 or 8 shoulders in 2 weeks for my brothers kids graduation party. Will try to get some pics as well.
