First brisket in my mini WSM

I made a rather detailed post earlier that deleted when I tried to add a picture. Short post now, won't separate point next time. I had to cut the flat into 2 pieces to fit it all in the mini. Next time I will just cut the brisket in half and separate the point after cooking. This is my first attempt ever at burnt ends. Mixed pecan and hickory woods for smoke. Kingsford blue bag. Done at 10 hours.

Wow, I am used to positive reaction to my BBQ, but never anything like the burnt ends I made. They were pretty tasty, but several people told me they have a new favorite food.I have learned a lot reading these forums. I appreciate everybody sharing their skills. My que continues to improve. Potluck was a huge success.
