Good Morning to Everyone here, and I am very pleased to be in the presence of so many outstanding and knowledgeable Grill and Smoke professionals. My name is Rob and have been following your site and threads on many subjects pertaining to outdoor cooking. First I am in no way in the same class as you are, and I am looking forward to listening, studying and trying out all the different techniques and recopies you will share with me..
My first and most important knowledge I need from those of you who will advise me, are on the three pellet smokers I am considering.( 1) The Timberline by Tregear, (2) Yoder (3) Fast Eddy's. I did look at the Mac and the cost is above my budget as I am trying to stay around 1800.00. Any and all thoughts and input is greatly appreciated.
