Here is my 2nd smoke Pork Butt. It is stalling at 153 at about 2.5 hours
. Can't wait to eat it for supper. I will be wrapping at 160. Thanks everyone for the tips I have teared on this forum.
I read that wrong I thought it was stalled for 2.5 hrsIn the last 20 minutes it has gone up to 158. It sat at 153 for about 10 minutes.
I don't know what temp u are cooking at or the IT of the meat
I am going to have to leave for little over an hour. I if turn the heat down to around 200 degrees, should I be okay with it not hitting 205?
