greetings all
I have been smoking/cooking on Kamado Grills for last 4 years now. I currently own a Kamado Joe classic and a Kamado Joe Jr
I started 4 years ago with a Vision Classic from Costco which just this weekend I gave to my neighbor to hopefully get him hooked to this addiction

lately I have been experimenting with Sous Vide and can say that it is a very useful tool in the arsenal

hope to read some good info here and be able to pass on info as well

thank you
