Like my profile says, I like to eat good bbq. We have a few places around here but I mostly like smoking it myself. I've been creeping on this forum for about a year. Getting ideas and recipes. I have an OK Joe Longhorn. I like the challenge of using wood but I've used chunk charcoal before too. I've done buts and chicken, both spat chock and quarters, so far. Today I have a load of quarters going and they're almost done. Thanks for all the good info so far and I look forward to learning more.

OK Joe Longhorn. Leaks like a sieve but gets the job done. I'd like to seal it up but haven't got around to it. Saw a UDS and now I want one!
