I do not have it yet but I just ordered a MES digital 30 from Ace Hardware for $129.99. Everywhere else they seem to be $179.99 to $199.99. I hope I did not mess up because it has terrible ratings on the ace site but the MES 30 seems to be highly spoken of here. The one I ordered is one with the rounded controller on top not the one with the ends of the controller squared off. I guess I will find out this weekend.

I bought one of those also just recently. It's still in the garage in the box (My wife has insisted she buy the cover and therms for Father's Day). I also read some of the negative reviews and was a bit concerned about my purchase. But there are a lot of people on here that have MES's that have either not had those problems or fixed them themselves. So I feel better about getting an MES since joining this forum. Happy smoking!
