Hi all!
New to posting on the forum even though I have been reading on here for quite a while. My name is Dylan and I live in the Middle Tennessee area. I currently smoke on 2 different smokers ( a charboiler pellet smoker and a knock off egg) and have plans to build a small trailer smoker in the next coming weeks to be ready for football tailgating season. Very cool to see everyone helping each other on here! Thank you in advance for any advice or constructive criticism you may deal to me in the future!!
