Howdy,
I've been smoking meats for over 6 years now. I use a offset horizontal smoker that has a 3 ft cooking area. My wife and I love to smoke briskets and ribs on it. On the weekends, you can usually find me on Sat or Sun smoking some sorts of meat, usually either pork ribs, or a brisket. The smoker that I use doesnt have a thermometer on it yet but after smoking on this grill for years now, have kinda just developed a feel for the temps.
My next adventure is building a reverse flow smoker. I have a 250 gal propane tank and am currently trying to figure out how I want to turn it into a great smoker. So many ideas are on here and are helpful for the design process.
Any suggestions in the build would be greatly appreciated.
Chris
